            Born September 20th, 1991, in Oakland, California, Gia Vonet is a female Hip-Hop/R&B artist & songwriter to definitely listen out for. Raised by a single working mother, in a chaotic household as the oldest amongst her 5 younger siblings and cousins, Gia actively spent her childhood singing in the church choir & dancing in after school performances. At the age of 21, she made the decision to leave behind what she describes a long overdue relationship, & her lifetime support system of friends and family, to pursue her passion for music in Los Angeles. Vonet's first EP, "Under Your Sedation," displays her versatility as an upcoming artist & illustrates her personal experiences within relationships. She describes it as "feel good pain," which is why there's a sexual but sensual vibe to the album, & an intricate storyline that anyone who's ever been in a relationship or endured heartache can relate to.
